Miss Heidi's Preschool

PreSchool Basic Terms/Conditions:
All Parents must observe our basic terms and conditions. Heidi’s Preschool operates as a family unit committed in providing a happy and stimulating environment in which each child can develop at his or her own pace. Parents are therefore expected to give their support and encouragement to the aims of the PreSchool and comply with the following:

Monthly Payment:
Parents or Guardians are jointly responsible for the payment on time.  All payments are due by the 5th of each month.  If a late payment is made there will be a fee accessed.  The cost is $70.00 every month regardless of the number of sessions in the month.   This rate already takes into account any holiday breaks that the Nebo School District has instituted.   Payments will not be refunded or waived for absence through sickness, vacation,  or if the Preschool is forced to close in extreme bad weather conditions or circumstances which are beyond control and safety of children is at risk. I will email a PDF invoice on or before the 25th of each month as a payment reminder. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify me of an email address change.

Late Payment of Fees /Defaults:
Any payment that is made after the 5th of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee.  Any checks that bounce will be the parents responsibility and they will be charged for any bank charges that the Preschool receives.  If there are consecutive months in which payments are paid late Heidi’s Preschool reserves the right to withdraw the child from attending.  If this should occur any payment made for that month will be forfeited.

Non-Attendance:
If for any reason your child is not going to be at Preschool please notify me as soon as possible so that I can prepare for the amount of students that we will have at school that day.

Sick Days/Emergencies:
If I am sick, one of my children are sick, or have an emergency where I am unable to hold preschool I will notify the parents as soon as possible.  I will deduct that day from the next month’s billing (so if I don’t hold class you won’t pay for it).

Children Picked-up Late:
All children MUST be collected on time.  Heidi’s preschool is not a babysitting service.  Any parent arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $5.00 fee.

Leaving Notice:
If the decision is made that Heidi’s Preschool is not for your child please be aware that I will need a two week notice of this decision so that I have an opportunity to fill your child’s spot.

Reserved Rights:
I reserve the right to refuse service to any child for any reason.  I also reserve the right to close the preschool due to circumstances beyond my control as long as there has been given a 1 month notice to parents.
